Below are the new Deities. The majority of a Deity's presence in the world is felt through their clerics and churches, These vary from deity to deity and area to area, but are usually a loose collection of groups with varying takes on the deities true teachings similar to denominations. Only seldom does a deity have any sort of huge formalized church organization like the roman catholic church in an area, and those that do are almost exclusively the lawful ones.

Only one deity defines herself as truly evil, but many of the neutral deities have cults that take their teachings to a darker level. Responses to these cults range from disavowing them to actively hunting them down, depending on the deity. There are also a large amount of cults that draw power from notable Demons or Devils and worship them instead of the actual deities.

A deity's placement on the good/evil or law/chaos axis is more about what they instruct their followers to do rather than how they act personally. A deity who encourages their followers to help out others and improve the world around them is good, while a deity who promotes the values of order and community would be lawful.

Every once in a while a deity will sponsor a notable leader who follows their beliefs upon the death of said leader. The followers of that leader are granted spells and knowledge as if the leader were a deity. Tarandas Vates is notorious for this and actually has few followers of his own, instead promoting the faith of local organizations.

The descriptions below are only generic outlines of the most common takes on the deities. Many others emphasize other, but similar traits in their faith.
